SHIPPING INFORMATION
At tailgatetoss we are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Shipments are sent via Federal Express LTL unless otherwise specified. Please note that Federal Express will NOT deliver to a post office box and does not count SATURDAY AND SUNDAY in delivery times. All shipment must have a physical address. All tailgatetoss orders in stock will ship in 2 to 3 business days. This excludes custom orders. All shipments are insured with Federal Express.

RETURNS
If for some reason you are unhappy with your tailgatetoss.com product please call (317-804-9160) or e-mail (customerservice@wildsales.com) us to schedule a return. Returns are accepted 30 days from the purchase of date.

When returning a product please include your name, address, invoice/order number. If you are unable to locate your invoice contact our Customer Service Department. Once Wild Sales has received your return you will receive your refund of the product minus shipping cost from the original purchase price.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Federal Express driver make note of the condition. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) working days. Save the packaging in which the shipment arrived. Notify us at customerservice@wildsales.com and we will help you arrange the return of the damaged merchandise.

RISK OF LOSS
Pursuant to the sale of all items purchased from tailgatetoss.com is the Federal Express shipping contract. The essential and ostensible contract transfers ownership and the risk of loss of the products to you upon our delivery to Federal Express for shipment. Each of our shipments, however, is insured against damage or loss.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
